The spring tension sealing ring for shafts is a one-way seal composed of a metal cantilever spring and a mechanically processed filled polytetrafluoroethylene sealing sleeve, used in low-speed, medium speed reciprocating or low-speed rotating motion applications. For low viscosity media, the sealing effect of hot melt adhesive media is better. For the pharmaceutical and food processing industries, due to the requirements of disinfection and strict chemical cleaning agents, the cavity at the spring can be filled with silicone to prevent contaminants from entering.
