Double lip axis with Y-shaped ring
The double lip shaft uses a Y-shaped ring with a main lip and a secondary lip that work together. The inner lip of the main lip is relatively short, and the secondary lip maintains minimal contact with the surface, which helps prevent the rotation of the sealing ring during installation. The lubricating oil chamber formed between the main lip and the secondary lip reduces friction and crawling, while also having good wear resistance and anti extrusion properties. The material is polyurethane.
