The rotating spring tension seal is composed of a V-shaped stainless steel spring and a mechanically processed filled PTFE sealing sleeve, used for one-way sealing at the rotating shaft. There is a flange on the outside of the seal that prevents it from rotating inside the groove. Its sealing lip is short and thick, reducing friction and having a long service life. It also has good dust-proof effect in high viscosity media.

At low and zero pressure, the initial sealing force is generated by the spring, and when the system pressure increases, the main sealing force is formed by the system pressure. Therefore, good sealing can be ensured from zero pressure to high pressure.

A "clean type" seal can also be provided, with the cavity at the spring filled with elastic silicone to prevent contaminants from entering the seal and can be disinfected.
