Scope of application:
Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to acid, alkali, ketones, esters, ethers, strong oxidants, and most other chemicals. High heat resistance up to 330 ℃. Usually used to solve sealing problems under extreme conditions.
Physical and chemical properties: Perfluoroether rubber (FFKM) is composed of TFE (main chain), PMVE (branch chain), and bridging parts. It not only has excellent high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance like PTFE (can withstand the corrosion of more than 1600 chemicals), but also has the elasticity of rubber. The working temperature range of ordinary perfluororubber is between -25 ℃ and+240 ℃, and FFM can withstand high temperatures up to 330 ℃. Even when exposed to a constant temperature of 316 ℃ or intermittent high temperature environments like 343 ℃, FFKM production will not undergo hardening and embrittlement that can cause seal failure. FFKM can still maintain its elasticity and rebound performance in direct contact with corrosive fluids. In fact, the thermal stability of FFKM often exceeds that of the fluid itself. Perfluororubber also has excellent airtightness (vacuum resistance up to 1.33X10-7-1.33X10-8pa), high cleanliness, and ion resistance, which are widely used in the semiconductor industry.
Temperature range: -25 ℃~240 ℃, FFKM can withstand high temperatures up to 330 ℃.

The above figure shows the chemical structures of FFKM and perfluoroplastics PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and fluororubber, which also belong to the fluorine series polymer materials.
Obviously, all hydrogen atoms on carbon atoms in FFKM polymer are replaced by fluorine atoms, thus it has excellent high temperature resistance and outstanding chemical resistance.
The main chain of perfluororubber polymer contains only carbon and fluorine atoms, without hydrogen atoms, making the polymer chain highly inert and stable for all chemicals.
From the perspective of molecular structure, due to the larger van der Waals radius of fluorine atoms compared to hydrogen atoms (F: 0.72A °; H: 0.37A °), fluorine replaces hydrogen on the C-C chain, causing the chain to twist into a spiral shape, resulting in a cylindrical shell composed of fluorine atoms. It is precisely because of this inert, fluorinated outer layer that the polymer carbon skeleton is protected from chemical attacks, making the polymer significantly resistant to chemical drugs.
All the perfluoroether materials produced by our company are imported. Based on the actual usage data in the past decade, they can replace similar imported products. There are also brands corresponding to Kalrez, such as 6375, 7075, etc. Please feel free to inquire by phone. a
