The one-way valve series is a fluorinated polymer one-way valve with a size range of 1/8 to 1-1/2 inches. It uses machined PTFE springs, which can achieve extremely low opening pressure (0.25 PSI) and minimal resealing back pressure. The valve body is made of machined PTFE, which has high cycle life and excellent corrosion resistance, and does not require O-ring sealing. This one-way valve is highly suitable for ultra-high purity (UHP) and corrosive chemical applications, including hybrid systems and wet workbenches in semiconductor manufacturing operations.


According to customer requirements, the one-way valve series can be equipped with various end configurations, including Parflare and Pargrip pipe fittings. These accessories reduce assembly and installation time while ensuring sealing performance in applications where cleanliness is crucial. The compact design of this valve reduces installation requirements, making it advantageous in facility areas with limited space.


The tongue groove external seal of the one-way valve series ensures reliable sealing of the valve body. This, combined with the internal polished surface, can minimize particle retention and completely isolate corrosive process media at working pressures up to 120 PSI. Removing the O-ring enables the CV-1 series to be compatible with various highly corrosive process fluids.
