Scope of application:
Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to acid, alkali, ketones, esters, ethers, strong oxidants, and most other chemicals. The highest heat resistance can reach 330 ℃. Usually used to solve sealing problems under extreme conditions.
Physical and chemical properties: Perfluoroether rubber (FFKM) is composed of TFE (main chain), PMVE (branch chain), and bridging parts. It not only has excellent high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance like PTFE (can withstand the corrosion of more than 1600 chemicals), but also has the elasticity of rubber. Its compression deformation rate at 300 ℃ is only below 50%. The working temperature range of ordinary perfluororubber is between -25 ℃ and+240 ℃, and FFM can withstand high temperatures up to 330 ℃. Even when exposed to a constant temperature of 316 ℃ or intermittent high temperature environments like 343 ℃, FFKM production will not undergo hardening and embrittlement that can cause seal failure. FFKM can still maintain its elasticity and rebound performance in direct contact with corrosive fluids. In fact, the thermal stability of FFKM often exceeds that of the fluid itself. Perfluororubber also has excellent airtightness (vacuum resistance up to 1.33X10-7-1.33X10-8pa), high cleanliness, and ion resistance, which are widely used in the semiconductor industry.
